2010 - It's still working. I've lost 20lbs so far

It's been almost 3 months since my visit to Yefim Shubentsov's office -- and still no cravings.

It's really amazing. I no longer have sugar cravings. Before I my visit I felt powerless over cookies, cakes, brownies, etc. I work in an office where I'm constantly surrounded by "goodies" ... and I have not had a single sweet since my visit 3 months ago.

I've also found that I don't crave the other things I wished to be "erased". Prior to my visit on my way home from work I would crave things for dinner like baked ziti and chicken parmigian ... I no longer crave these foods. I find myself craving the healthier foods and making healthier choices.

It's all been effortless.
I've lost about 20 lbs since my visit 3 months ago & I feel great.
I feel like Yefim Shubentsov has given me the power to live the healthy lifestyle I have always tried to live.

  2. For a cigarette I walked two miles to a store after the blizzard of '76 when the roads were closed for five days. There was always a cigarette in my ashtray on my desk at work(I also used the ashtray for staples I pulled from papers). The habit calmed me when I was stressed, or so I told myself. After waiting ten months to get in to see Mr. Shubentsov I walked out of his office with a calmness I had never experienced. There was never a craving even though I would try to talk myself into stopping at a store for a pack. I don't know why. The ashtray was removed from my desk and I never reached for the cigarette that used to be there. But I did reach to drop the staples in the missing ashtray for months afterward. That was 23 years ago and I lived in the Boston area at the time. I now am retired and a thousand miles away but intend to visit the area at the beginning of next year. I will try to get an appointment for weight loss while I am there. I look forward to that calm, in control feeling again. Thank you, Mr. Shubentsov!

  3. Hello. I'd also be interested in a update since your last post where you lost 20 pounds.

I have an appointment with him in march. I'd like to know if he's worth the trip from L.A. :p

  5. I hope people get to read this review. But I know someone who had a real negative experience with him. This person is afraid to give a name due to possible ramifications from this alleged professional. Because, this person had to go a second time...this professional belittled and actual told this person to harm oneself. I trust this person's report on this experience...since it was just one on one for the second visit. It would be interesting to see if anyone else has experienced this abuse?
